Price and Payment

The prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment for products is made by credit card at the time of ordering. To place an order via electronic transfer, please contact us.

Delivery

All delivery or pickup dates and times displayed are approximate and may vary depending on various factors. This information is provided without warranty. Each delivery method has distinct conditions detailed in the "Delivery" section. By accepting these conditions, you also agree to the specific conditions of delivery methods.

Cancellations

Drop-off Point

Orders for pickup at a drop-off point can be canceled until the deadline date and time indicated on the "drop-off points" page at the time of payment. No cancellations will be accepted after this deadline.

Home Delivery

Orders for home delivery are processed from noon on Tuesday following payment of the order, or the next business day in case of closure. No cancellations will be accepted after order processing.

Shipping Center Delivery

Orders for delivery to the Shipping Center are processed from noon on Tuesday following payment of the order, or the next business day in case of closure. No cancellations will be accepted after order processing.

Warranty

We guarantee that delivered items are viable, compliant with the description on our website, and correspond to the products purchased. If this is not the case, you must inform us within 12 hours of receiving or picking up the items to be eligible for replacement or refund of the items in question.

The results obtained from the use of our products may vary depending on numerous factors such as the nature and extent of the problem being treated, as well as the calendar, conditions, and methods of use or introduction. Lady Bug Phytoprotection has no control over these conditions. Therefore, we provide no warranty and disclaim any liability for the results, consequences, or effects of using our products. No refunds will be issued in this regard.

Supporting Documents

The refund or replacement of an item is subject to providing photos, videos, and/or any other supporting documents deemed necessary to determine the problem, the condition of the item, and compliance with pickup or delivery conditions.

Replacement

Items to be replaced will be shipped according to usual delivery methods and may be substituted with an equivalent product. In the event of a product replacement, Lady Bug Phytoprotection reserves the right to impose an alternative pickup or delivery method to avoid reproducing a problem.

Refund

Refunds are always made using the same method as the original payment. The refund transaction may take several days to appear on your bank statement.
