Prevention and Treatment of Indigenous thrips, Fungus gnats, and Root mealybugs

Stratiolaelaps scimitus is a highly versatile predatory mite that targets various soil-dwelling pests. It is primarily used in the prevention and treatment of indigenous thrips, fungus gnats, and root mealybugs. It is also utilized as a treatment against red mite in various poultry farms.

In the absence of prey, Stratiolaelaps scimitus feeds on plant debris. This characteristic allows it to establish long-term and maintain its protective action even after the infestation is eradicated. It can establish itself in the majority of substrate types.

This popular product is offered in bulk in a mixture of peat, vermiculite, and dummy mites.
