Treatment of Indigenous thrips and Tarsonemid mites
Neoseiulus cucumeris is a microscopic predatory mite. It targets the larvae of indigenous thrips species and tarsonemids on foliage. Unlike Amblyseius swirskii, it performs well in low-temperature environments. However, it is ineffective against tropical thrips species.
This bulk predator is offered in a mixture of bran and dummy mites. It may take several weeks between its introduction and a decrease in the pest population.
