Pickup at shipping center

The delivery of natural predators presents many logistical challenges. We are taking necessary measures to ensure that you receive quality products in a timely manner and require your collaboration in this regard. Please take a moment to carefully read the following information.

Terms

Thermo-protective packaging

All our shipments are transported in packaging adapted to the product, destination, and current environmental conditions.

Pickup timeframe

Packages typically arrive at shipping centers on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

Possible delay

Shipments are intentionally delayed when environmental or logistical conditions may expose the predators beyond their tolerance level.

Possible suspension

Deliveries may be suspended without notice during periods of extreme cold, heatwaves, holidays, or high carrier traffic.

Customer responsibility

Shipping center validation

Validate the chosen shipping center while taking note of the location, opening hours and other access conditions.

Package tracking

Track the package using the number provided and contact us promptly if any problem arises.

Immediate pickup

Pick up your package the same day it arrives at the shipping center, even in the event of a delay.

Important notice Non-compliance of these conditions will result in reimbursement refusal in the event of damage or loss of the products.
