Pickup at drop-off point

Our valued partners have agreed to recieve packages for our customers. To ensure that the experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible for everyone, please take a moment to read this information carefully. Any questions regarding predators and their use should be directed to our team.

Terms

Thermo-protective packaging

All our shipments are transported in packaging adapted to the product, destination, and current environmental conditions.

Pickup timeframe

Packages typically arrive at drop-off points on Fridays.

Possible delay

Shipments are intentionally delayed when environmental or logistical conditions may expose the predators beyond their tolerance level.

Possible suspension

Deliveries may be suspended without notice during periods of extreme cold, heatwaves, holidays, or high carrier traffic.

Customer responsibility

Drop-off point validation

Validate the chosen drop-off point while taking note of the location, opening hours and other access conditions.

Delivery notice

Wait to receive the delivery notification by email before traveling to the drop-off point.

Quick pickup

Collect your package within 48 hours of its arrival at the drop-off point, even in the event of a delay.

Package verification

Ensure your package contains all the items listed on the packing slip before leaving the drop-off point.

Important notice Non-compliance of these conditions will result in reimbursement refusal in the event of damage or loss of the products.
